Does this guy steal my content?

I came across this website called blogelit after checking link back to my blog post via technorati.
I found this website post (more than once) summarize some of my postings, post on their page and give a link back to my blog. It seems they found my postings from google blogsearch. these are some examples:

http://blogelite.net/informations/screen-print-t-shirt/15826/
there's indeed and ads (a link to another website inside my summary content) even before link to my blog. does this guy steal my content?? any advice of what should I do?

Having an RSS feed available is bound to get someone doing this to you. I have it happen a lot as well but at least this person is putting a link to you, so hopefully the readers, if there are even any will click the link and go to your site and maybe stick around for all the real content not lifted.

Going to have to agree with Sean on this one, when you have a public RSS feed that is full content you can expect this to happen a lot. You would hope that since you are the original owner of the content that your readers will go to you first and you will come up first in the SEs especially since most of these sites are garbage sites anyways.
If you don't like it that much the best you can do is email the site owner.

I've emailed many owners.
It's a waste of time IMHO :)
If you're losing money, contact a good intellectual property lawyer.

Be sure to have a Copyright message on your site as well and maybe a disclaimer page letting people know if they need written permission or something like that to use and/or republish your content.
Again, with having the public RSS feed, it's a little hard to police it but for a little added comfort, if you're using WordPress, you might want to add the Angsuman's Feed Copyrighter plugin which adds a little copyright message to your feed.
